Join Our Team
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the human connection that makes our service exceptional. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and providing empathetic and professional communication.

Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries
- Accurately document call details
- Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
- Meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily

- Proficiency in Computer Applications: Ability to navigate computer applications and software with ease
- Desire to Exceed Customer Expectations: A commitment to going above and beyond to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Previous Healthcare Experience: A plus, but not required
Job Requirements
• Age: 18 years or older
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- Attendance: Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
- Typing Speed: 25 WPM or higher
- Internet Connection: Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Work Area: Secure, private work area at home
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends
