Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing top-notch support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless issue resolution, complete a comprehensive onboarding and client certification process, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional support to address questions, concerns, and product or service issues

  • Utilize arenaflex's provided systems to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Complete a comprehensive multi-step onboarding and client certification process to prepare for customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update systems as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Residency in the United States (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing abilities
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards
  • Prior customer service or call center experience (a plus)
  • Spanish language skills (a bonus)

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
