We're looking for a part-time, flexible, and 100% remote Virtual Customer Service Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing regular client interfacing via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure seamless customer support
- Managing email communications, calendars, and tasks to drive efficiency and excellence
- Developing, executing, and maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes to drive efficiency and excellence
- Performing administrative tasks associated with CRM software and other tools to support our team's efforts
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience working remotely (preferred)
- Availability to work during business hours (Monday - Friday) with a minimum of 10 hours/week availability
- Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and common online programs/software used by small business owners
- A Mac (preferred) or PC Computer with webcam, fast and reliable internet connection, and smartphone with email capabilities
