Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and software
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
