About the Opportunity:
As a Customer Experience Ambassador at arenaflex, you will have the unique opportunity to work flexibly, earn a competitive income, and contribute to the development of new products and services. You will participate in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, providing honest feedback on various products and services. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Providing honest feedback on various products and services
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Completing written surveys and following oral and written instructions
- Actively using products and/or services, if provided, and being ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
Qualifications:
To be successful as a Customer Experience Ambassador at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A smartphone with a working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop
- Reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the following topics:
+ Child-related topics (individuals with children 18 yrs or younger) + Cell Phones (Apple, Android, or Windows...Prepaid or Contract) + Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games) + Food (If you buy fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining) + Sports (Casual viewers and die-hard fans) + Electronics (Tell us which devices you prefer and why) + Pets (Animal lovers needed! Dogs, cats, and other pets) + Automobiles (Do you own, make payments, or lease your vehicle?)
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
