As a Customer Experience Assistant (Remote) - Transaction Support, you'll be an integral part of this mission, working from the comfort of your own home to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Assistant (Remote) - Transaction Support. As a key member of our Contact Center team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience, from initial inquiries to post-purchase support. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, online, and text message, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to ensure seamless support for our customers.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating customer information in our arenaflex systems.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support to customers.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 month of related experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills.
  • Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service).
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service industry.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
