Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to escalated emails and work queues related to orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Making outbound calls to customers as needed, providing order updates and resolving issues.
• Addressing TrustArc requests and providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Collaborating with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete daily tasks.

Requirements

Schedule and Benefits
