Experienced Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Service to arenaflex Members

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, a leading operator of membership warehouse clubs in the Eastern United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing excellent and efficient service, resolving concerns, and addressing inquiries. You will be responsible for executing acquisition, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling arenaflex Perks, as well as handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries. arenaflex is a leading operator of membership warehouse clubs in the Eastern United States, with over 235 clubs, 165 arenaflex Gas locations, and eight distribution centers. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering superior customer service to members, serving as a first-line point of contact for membership, credit card applications, general questions, issues, merchandise returns, exchanges, product look-up, and pick-ups
  • Driving and promoting the arenaflex value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the member experience
  • Converting potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs in accordance with company policies and practices
  • Exhibiting clear understanding of all arenaflex Membership options and Co-Brand credit card
  • Resolving member concerns in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues to PIC and MOD when necessary
  • Assisting with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members
  • Maintaining all club policies and procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior front-line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
  • Results-driven with proven success in goal achievement
  • Basic math skills preferred
  • Computer proficiency preferred
