The Role
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll have the flexibility to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. You'll have the option to participate online or in-person, sharing your thoughts and opinions with our team of researchers and product developers. Your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Compensation
As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate for your participation. Our compensation package includes:
- Earn $75-$150 per hour session
- Earn $300-$750 for multi-session studies
Responsibilities
As a remote focus group panelist, your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- Using provided products and/or services and being ready to discuss prior to meeting date
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- A high-speed internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
