Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Inbound and outbound calling to clients and union members to provide top-notch customer service and promote our benefits packages
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to promote our benefits packages
- Basic computer knowledge and completing necessary paperwork
- Quality control and leadership development

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Possess strong communication and time management skills
- Have customer service and/or retail experience (preferred but not required)
- Pass a background check
