Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on websites and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, issuing discount codes, and assisting with sales links
  • Efficiently managing and resolving customer complaints or questions, escalating issues when necessary
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic English writing skills and ability to communicate effectively online
  • Entry-level position; no prior experience in live chat or customer support required (full training provided)
