Job Summary
As a Customer Experience and Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients. This will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
- Providing feedback and insights to improve customer experience and sales processes

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- To be bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- To have a business professional attire
- To have a High School diploma or equivalent
- To pass State Licensing Requirements (if applicable)
- To be available to work Monday - Friday 9-6pm, Saturdays 10-2pm (part-time available)
