Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • Knowledge of health insurance or related industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
