Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, and your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to maintaining our high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on providing excellent service.

  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer data efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
  • Proficient computer skills including typing speed and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
