Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and solutions to our clients' customers through inbound calls and chat. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent weekly anchor shift with flexible opportunities to add more hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service and solutions to our clients' customers through inbound calls and chat

• Handle customer calls of varying types (i.e. service requests, billing questions, energy conservation advice, etc.) effectively and efficiently
• Utilize strong communication and active listening skills to resolve issues and leverage probing questions to resolve complex problems
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and effectively multitask to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Work Schedule

* Training Requirement: + Candidates must be available for full-time training (40 hours/week) for two consecutive weeks + Training takes place Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (exact schedule to be confirmed)

• Ongoing Work Schedule:

+ Mandatory shift: 8 hours every Monday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (exact shift to be scheduled) + Optional hours: Up to 12 additional hours can be scheduled throughout the week (Tuesday to Friday) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, depending on your availability and business needs

Requirements

* Ability to handle customer calls of varying types (i.e. service requests, billing questions, energy conservation advice, etc.) effectively and efficiently

• Strong communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to leverage probing questions to resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask
• High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is a plus
• Know your way around a PC with strong keyboard skills and basic MS Office knowledge
