Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager II, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer accounts across multiple OEMs, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Providing monthly product review (MPR) reporting and optimization recommendations to improve all aspects of the customers' websites
  • Working closely with customers to analyze and review their digital performance in detail, identifying areas for improvement and growth
  • Completing website edits, troubleshooting various issues or concerns, and ensuring that response and resolution service levels are met
  • Ensuring that strategy and customer KPIs (key performance indicators) are communicated, understood, and implemented by cross-functional teams
  • Understanding customers' business goals to anticipate future needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Prioritizing, triaging, and communicating resolution on escalated customer issues and requests
  • Managing multiple accounts simultaneously, tracking the status of each project, and updating all stakeholders
  • Assisting business leads in driving customer retention and identifying business growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with support roles to assist with case management and ensure that response and resolution service agreement levels are met
  • Completing various tasks assigned by leadership, such as OEM project asks
  • Assisting in updating and creating knowledge base articles for the team on a consistent basis

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager II at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Experience with website performance optimization and digital analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of customer KPIs and metrics, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working with OEMs and managing multiple customer accounts
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
  • Certification in customer success, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with case management and ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of business growth strategies and customer retention techniques
