Job Summary

As a Customer Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing tactical project plans that drive customer success. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and implement solutions that meet their goals. Your strong technical acumen, combined with your deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory frameworks, will enable you to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and complete tactical project plans related to customer issue resolution, quality improvement plans, and program enhancements

  • Act as the lead relationship manager for assigned accounts, coordinating proactive customer communication and ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Forecast and track key metrics, including revenue numbers, member counts, and relevant risk adjustment metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of customer programs
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to drive customer expansion and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure arenaflex's products and services remain competitive and effective

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • Experience with healthcare operations, including risk adjustment, quality improvement, and program management
  • Certification in a related field, such as Certified Healthcare Administrator (CHA) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM)
  • Experience with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar healthcare technology platform
