Job Summary

As a Customer CARE Specialist German Speaker, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. You'll provide polite and knowledgeable support to internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels in a polite and knowledgeable manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks at the same time
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues and meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

* Fluent and transactionally secure in German (good German skills in writing/spoken C1)

  • At least one (1) year of experience in customer service
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
