The Role

As an Energy Specialist - Customer Support at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service team, helping our customers navigate their energy journey. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, and your input will shape the customer experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability, customer service, and making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Talk to our customers over the phone or via email, resolving their queries and engaging with other suppliers as needed.

  • Work in Operations, helping our customers and being at the heart of everything we do.
  • Take full responsibility for all issues that you come across, delivering end-to-end customer service and ensuring that our customers are impressed and excited about arenaflex being their energy supplier.
  • Bring about awesome solutions while keeping up with rapid-fire change as we grow. Expect the unexpected.

What You'll Need

* Prior energy experience isn't required, but we'll happily meet you where you're at and teach you what you need to know. We just ask that you have a passion for sustainability and providing world-class customer service.

  • Highly motivated and lots of drive to succeed is a must.
  • MS Office Suite Proficient.
  • Highly organized.
  • Energetic.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Takes instruction easily and follows through.
  • Candidates must be available to work a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Bonus Points

* Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Urdu, Yoruba, and/or Arabic.

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.
