As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents. You will independently solve problems, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. With a strong focus on customer-centricity, you will build rapport with customers, listen to their requests, and provide expert knowledge of personal lines auto products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies
• Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Interpret policy contracts and provide expert knowledge of personal lines auto products
• Process policyholder transactions accurately and efficiently
• Utilize technical systems, including desktop and call center specific phone systems, to provide confident and accurate service

Requirements:

• Active P&C Producers insurance license required, with at least 2 years of active use
• Associates degree and 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
• 3-5 years of related customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to review, record, and organize written data from various sources
