As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in answering inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining a high-paced call volume. Life as an HSN Customer Service Representative

As an HSN Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, providing a distraction-free environment for our customers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Providing personalized experiences for each caller, offering additional products and solutions to meet their needs
  • Assisting customers with questions, resolving issues, and de-escalating unique situations
  • Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Collaborating with our team to drive sales and promote products
  • Reporting to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and working closely with our team to achieve our goals

System Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with HSN specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
  • A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook is not supported

Training Schedule

Your HSN career begins with a paid training period where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
