Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and Zoom call
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the root cause, and identifying effective solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Providing feedback to management to improve processes, services, and the overall customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics
  • Upholding customer satisfaction standards and meeting or exceeding service metrics

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, web-based platforms, and customer service tools
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

While not required, the following skills will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience with remote customer service or working from home
  • Bilingual (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles
