We are growing quickly and looking for someone who can help us expand our presence in the community and build strong referral relationships.
About the Role
This is a field-based, relationship and growth-focused role.
You will spend your days:
- Walking into local businesses (doctor’s offices, clinics, pharmacies, etc.)
- Introducing our services and building referral partnerships
- Following up and maintaining those relationships over time
- Meeting with families to complete care assessments
- Supporting the process of bringing new clients on board
- You are consistently out in the community, not sitting in your car
- You build real relationships, not just drop off brochures
- You follow up and stay top-of-mind with referral partners
- You take ownership of your day and your results
- You understand that minimum expectations are just the starting point
- $24–$28/hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus tied to results and growth
- Mileage reimbursement
- 7 hours in the field building relationships and visiting businesses
- 1 hour of admin work (updating CRM, logging visits, tracking follow-ups)
- Consistent outreach and follow-up throughout the day
