- Provide exceptional one-on-one tax preparation services to clients.
- Proactively engage with customers to offer tax preparation assistance.
- Conduct tax interviews, answer walk-in questions, and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Utilize basic computer skills for tax preparation.
- Participate in tax preparation training and continuous professional development.
- Preparers will receive ongoing mentorship and support to develop tax preparation skills and grow their book of business.
- Experienced preparers will leverage their knowledge to complete more complex returns, including individual, trust, and partnership tax filings. Entry-Level Qualifications:
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a supportive team. Experienced Qualifications:
- 2+ seasons of tax preparation experience, including individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting, and finance.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes is a plus. Perks:
