Job Description

As a Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist – PrePaid, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer service to our customers through telephone and email inquiries, requests, and problems. You'll research and resolve complex issues, including those related to fraud support and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various arenaflex departments to resolve more complex customer or technology issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to telephone and email inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and professional manner

  • Research and resolve complex issues, including those related to fraud support and internet operations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various arenaflex departments to resolve more complex customer or technology issues
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
  • Good communication skills, including speaking clearly, articulately, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
