Responsibilities

Deliver Product Knowledge

Maintain High-Quality Communication

Manage Multiple Chats

+ Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. + Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Document Interactions

+ Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into the CRM or support system. + Use data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer support.

Work Collaboratively

Qualifications

Proven Experience

Preferred Skills

Typing Speed and Accuracy
