Responsibilities

As an Overnight Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns
• Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, and escalating interactions when necessary
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues, and providing feedback on call issues
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Upselling when required
• Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional service and exceed our clients' expectations. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work from home requirements:

• Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
