Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Assisting with Flight-Related Queries: Assist customers with booking, reservations, and other flight-related queries
- Providing Information on arenaflex Policies and Services: Provide information on arenaflex' policies, procedures, and services
- Resolving Customer Issues and Concerns: Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborating with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information
- Adhere to established customer service protocols and guidelines
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
