Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Solutions Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions and promoting new offerings.
- Handling outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner, managing collections calls for past-due accounts and reducing delinquencies.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our computerized system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience, upholding company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base.
- Experience & Problem-Solving: A strong background in customer support or client services, with experience in sales or collections being a plus. Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computerized systems for record-keeping and communication. Familiarity with property management software (training provided).
- Attitude & Teamwork: A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team while excelling in an independent, remote environment.
