Job Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations for our small business clients. This role starts part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position based on your availability and performance. Responsibilities • Record and categorize financial transactions • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Process accounts payable and receivable • Assist with month-end close and basic financial reports • Maintain up-to-date and organized records in QuickBooks Online • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Qualifications • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with small businesses) • Proficient in QuickBooks Online • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong time management and organizational skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. • Must reside in the U.S. • Must have reliable internet and a quiet home office setup • Previous experience working remotely is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week Benefits: • Work from home Experience: • QuickBooks Online: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
