Job Overview

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping individuals and families navigate their benefits options and select the most suitable plans for their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested information regarding our benefit options and schedule Zoom meetings to present and elucidate available benefits.

  • Tailor new benefit plans and modify existing plans based on each client's current requirements, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct benefit reviews and provide assistance with claims or adjustments for current clients, ensuring that their benefits are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing members' needs with diligence and attentiveness, and resolving any client inquiries or concerns related to their benefits.
  • Ensure all client documentation is precise and up-to-date, performing necessary updates as required.

Required Skills

* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
