Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers, with a focus on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists
  • Monitoring delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Using appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
  • Informing and educating new customers regarding billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment procedures
  • Placing outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary

Industry and Role Overview

This role is equally challenging and rewarding, requiring you to interact with customers continuously by phone and in writing. Within a high-volume setting, you will need to develop knowledge of our various products and multiple levels of benefits within each product to best assist our providers/customers. You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of current or previous experience with arenaflex's claims processing system (arenaflex's third-party administrator (TPA) solution)
  • 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in arenaflex's claims processing system

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, sales, or claims processing)
