We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. Our mission is to help businesses ensure proper product certification and greater market access by gathering valuable insights from real customers. Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Product Testing and Support, you'll be responsible for conducting product testing and providing feedback to our clients. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for an entry-level position, flexible or seasonal work, temporary work, or part-time work.
