Job Summary

As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients get the most out of our cloud solutions. You'll work closely with our sales teams, product managers, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues, provide expert guidance, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, resolving complex technical issues and delivering timely solutions

  • Collaborate with our sales teams to understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on our cloud solutions
  • Work closely with our product managers and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improve product features, and drive customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our cloud solutions, including Google Cloud, to provide expert support and guidance to customers
  • Identify and report trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in customer support, providing actionable insights to drive business growth
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on technical support and troubleshooting
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, including Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with virtualization, cloud native architectures, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-native applications, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices

  • In-depth knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
  • Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance
  • Strong understanding of customer purchasing behavior and market trends
  • Experience with customer success programs, including onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies
