Job Summary

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- In-depth knowledge of customer support principles and practices
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
