Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze payment history and notes to clearly communicate account statuses to customers

  • Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements
  • Promptly report and refer sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader
  • Document all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication skills)

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call center environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
