Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Data Entry and Patient Enrollment, you will be responsible for providing customer service, data entry, and patient enrollment services to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and that our clients' needs are met. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Enter patient data into our electronic health record system
  • Enroll patients into our programs and services
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and data entry
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 18 years or older
  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web search skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Writing URLs in the correct location + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online

  • Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing consumer satisfaction
  • Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
