The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC analytics and live chat support. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our Agile team in technology, to design and implement new solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with our utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
• Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing analytical insights and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement new solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
