Job Description:

As an Entry Level Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to American Express cardholders through virtual channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include: -

Provide top-notch customer service and support to American Express cardholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. -
