The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Chat Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer-facing teams by providing exceptional communication and customer experience skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, creating engaging content, and delivering high-quality customer interactions through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers and stakeholders

  • Create engaging content, including written and visual materials, to support customer interactions
  • Deliver high-quality customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer experience initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree in Communications, Visual Design, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a financial services or technology industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong visual design and typography skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Experience with content management systems and intranet platforms
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

* Experience with video production and editing
