As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Financial Planning Systems team, working closely with stakeholders to drive business success.

• Support and develop Financial Planning Systems applications, ensuring seamless integration with our financial association
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop effective solutions
• Analyze and resolve data issues, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
• Maintain system upkeep, ensuring client consents and data integrity
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing framework issues, existing reports, forms, and models
• Facilitate and complete monthly headcount processes regarding Hyperion
• Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll require:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or a related field
• 2 years of work experience in a finance role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis
• Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex database structures
• Familiarity with Hyperion, including development and organization experience (including Intelligent Detailing, Essbase, Planning)
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues
• Ability to issue, troubleshoot, and analyze data
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations

Favored Capabilities

While not required, experience with the following would be a significant advantage:

• Experience using Hyperion, including development and organization experience (including Intelligent Detailing, Essbase, Planning)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or SQL
