Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving and Closing Tickets/Work Orders: You will be responsible for resolving and closing tickets/work orders related to technical support, data entry, and analysis.
- Providing Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry and Analysis: You will be responsible for data entry and analysis, using a range of tools and software to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Technical Support: You will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with our team members to resolve complex problems and deliver exceptional results. You will also communicate effectively with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 2+ Years of IT Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on technical support, data entry, and analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in a range of technical skills, including Windows, TCPIP, VPN, and data analysis tools.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team members and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- A+ Accreditation: A+ accreditation or equivalent.
- MCSE/MCP: MCSE/MCP certification or equivalent.
- IT Foundation Experience: Experience in an IT foundation, with a focus on technical support, data entry, and analysis.
- Knowledge of Aircraft/Airport Climate: Knowledge of the aircraft/airport climate and experience working in this environment.
