Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations and accounting team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, financial analysis, and process improvement. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute daily and monthly financial tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial operations and accounting
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations and accounting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* CPA certification
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
- Experience with process improvement and change management
- Strong leadership and management skills
