Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare Call Center, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the unique needs of our healthcare clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails, providing empathetic and informed support to customers navigating complex healthcare issues. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping others will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, providing empathetic and informed support to resolve complex healthcare issues

  • Utilize multiple systems to manage customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat sessions
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, and other related topics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare clients' products and services to provide informed support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or higher preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
  • High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, products, and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
