Job Summary

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families seeking support from arenaflex. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process calls, gather information, and relay it to our clinical team. This role requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families in a timely and professional manner

  • Gather information from callers and relay it to our clinical team
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to callers, addressing their concerns and questions
  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary systems and technology to document and manage calls
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
