Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and concerns
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Adapting to changing projects and updates, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's innovative platform
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also highly valued.
