We're seeking an Inbound Customer Sales Representative to join our remote team, where you'll be essential in connecting with potential customers, uncovering their needs, and providing tailored solutions without the pressure of cold calling. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with new customers, guiding them through the sign-up process for both recurring and one-time appointments
- Responding to inbound inquiries via phone and web with professionalism and courtesy, fostering trust and rapport
- Accurately maintaining customer account information and managing sales transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Acting as a primary contact between customers and franchisees throughout the sales journey
- Achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a strong close rate
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably with phone interaction
- Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in managing objections and adept problem-solving skills in a professional context
- Competence in computer operations, including a typing speed of 40+ words per minute
Qualifications
While previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred, we welcome applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent.
