With a strong focus on customer listening, we've developed a robust Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology that involves collecting and analyzing feedback from our customers through surveys, which are translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. Our customer listening team is responsible for driving this methodology forward, and we're seeking a talented Senior Statistics Architect to join our crew.
The Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our VOC methodology. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to design, develop, and implement a robust data architecture that supports our VOC strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
- Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case levels
- Providing guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and building automation tools
- Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Key Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
