You'll use a script to qualify the customer, explain the service provided, and set a soft appointment. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Previous telecommunication experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment

• Reliable computer, headset, and Internet connection
• Dedicated quiet at-home work set-up
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to accept coaching and training to enhance job performance
• Ability to write a grammatically correct paragraph from notes taken during phone calls
