Position Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work setting. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries

• Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
• Work collaboratively as a team member and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations
• Create a differentiated service experience for our customers
• Demonstrate service discipline and handle service challenges with ease
• Provide solutions to constituent needs and work across boundaries to deliver exceptional results

Essential Qualifications

* Call center and medical terminology/insurance experience

• Experience working in a production environment
• Computer savvy with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance concepts
• Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
